Hi there, my name is Robbie Phillips and I am the owner/operator of The Wirral carpet Cleaner, we’re piloting a franchise model for Mersey Steam Clean Co.

We have over 25 years experience in the cleaning sector and all our cleaning operatives are BICs accredited to level 3, BICs is the highest form of cleaning accreditation available in the UK. Recently we have been awarded the ABC certificate as part of the GREEN DEAL SCHEME which is regulated by the Ofqual.
