Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Yes, absolutely. We only use eco-friendly, allergy-free products with no harsh chemicals. They’re completely safe for homes with children, pets, and allergy sufferers. We also specialise in pet hair removal and odour elimination.
How long do carpets take to dry afterwards?
Our advanced equipment ensures quick drying—typically 8-12 hours, depending on ventilation, temperature, and humidity. We recommend opening windows or using fans to speed it up further.
Do you clean upholstery. leather sofas, and rugs?
- Yes! We clean fabric and leather sofas, mattresses, hard floors (wood, stone, tile & grout), and all types of rugs including Persian, Oriental, shag-pile, and area rugs.
How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Pricing is affordable and transparent. Examples (current promotions):

Special deals: e.g., four rooms for £100 or two rooms + stairs/landing for £90. Minimum call-out £40.

Can you remove tough stains and pet odours?
Yes, our deep-cleaning process removes most/not all stains and eliminates odours (including pet urine). We also provide free stain removal tips, and all carpets are re-piled for a fresh, fluffy finish.
How often should i get my carpets professionally cleaned?
We recommend every 12-18 months for most homes, or more frequently if you have pets, children, allergies, or high foot traffic. Regular cleaning extends carpet life and improves indoor air quality.
